IGSE Appointed as the Seoul Agency for the Test of Proficiency in Vietnamese(TOPiV)

IGSE is appointed
as the Seoul agency for the Test of Proficiency in Vietnamese (TOPiV) by Busan University of Foreign Studies. The two institutions agreed to cooperate on Vietnamese education and Vietnamese testing to increase understanding of Vietnam and expand Vietnamese education on June 14(Fri), 2019.
