China's biggest education company New Oriental have been sending their teachers and material developers to IGSE for years. This year, we had a group of 30 English teacher/materials developers from New Oriental and they had two weeks of ELT materials development program. In this interview, he talks about how IGSE program changed his perspective on English education.
